Three original smoothies

Everywhere diving them on: the booklet about healthy eating and drinking. That seems quite convenient, but by those multiple is not crazy if you no longer see the wood for the trees. In addition, your goal might not be the same as that of the creators of the booklets. Where the one wants to feel the other person wants to feel fitter, lose weight or simply better cooking. How do you find the booklet that suits your needs? My solution was to just start experimenting. So did a sandwich in the morning nothing for me and I find delicious fruit, so the answer was simple! Three recipes of the smoothies that you don't see, so fast but very tasty. Easy to make to your own taste and if you want to be totally vegan.

Apple-beetroot smoothie

rodebietensmoothieThis do you need (4 big glasses):

  • 3 – 5 red beets
  • 1-2 apples
  • 1 banana
  • Honey, but for fully vegan you can omit or replaced by bv. more sweet fruit or soy milk
  • 2 – 4 glasses of soy milk/coconut milk
  • And of course: a blender

Steps:

  • Cook the beetroot. This may be 45 minutes. Check as with potatoes or you can prick, then they are cooked. Let them cool, then put them in the fridge and create the following day smoothies. Do not keep them longer than a few days, otherwise they go moldy.
  • Put the coconut/soy milk at the bottom of the blender with the red beets. The blender does not turn on.
  • Cut the apples into small pieces. The Peel you don't pick up, organic apples than most healthy option. Throw them in the blender.
  • Cut the banana into slices and put them in the blender.
  • Add honey or sugar water to taste

Blending but! If you find the blender has trouble running, stop it here and push down the pieces of fruit with a spoon. Add milk/water also helps if the mass is too thick. How thick should it be? Do what you like. So trial itself between by how thick and sweet you would have it.

 Banana-lychee smoothie

Lychees are delicious sweet fruits. You can buy them loose, but also look at a supermarket or toko.

  • Cut the apples, banana into small pieces and throw them.
  • It may be easier to first this blending before you add the lychees so the hard apples pieces well blended.
  • Then add the lychees. If the mass is too thick and/or you do not want to add honey, please consider some of the lychee fought.

The end result is a smooth, light-colored mass that looks not only interesting but also its own taste. You should of course keep lychees!
